Relief Valve Analysis and Documentation
RKR uses PRESSIO 2024, a proprietary relational database program that is linked to a variety of thermodynamic models, to provide comprehensive analysis and documentation for new and existing relief valves. RKR's system has been used to evaluate thousands of existing and new relief valves.

Relief Header, KO Drum and Flare Evaluation
RKR uses an Excel spreadsheet integrated with a variety of thermodynamic models to perform hydraulic evaluations of relief headers for significant flaring scenarios. The same spreadsheet quantifies KO Drum performance and flare radiation levels.

Small Project Detailed Design
Construction package preparation for a variety of small projects through collaboration with strategic partners. Nimble, efficient solutions compared to larger engineering companies.

Air Dispersion Analysis
Modeling for the extent of explosive mixtures and component toxicity. Air dispersion is commonly applied to relief valves with atmospheric discharge and atmospheric vent stacks using DNV's well-known PHAST Software.

Process Simulation
Process simulation and optimization for all types of facilities in the oil, gas and petrochemical industries.

Pipe Stress Analysis
Pipe stress evaluation of the impacts of developed forces during relieving events. This level of detail is typically applied to larger, higher pressure relief valves using CAESAR II (see Stress Analysis Sample Report).
